Welcome! I’ve spent years working with individuals who struggle to manage their emotions. My passion lies in helping clients identify problematic behavior patterns and build necessary skills and resilience. My approach is direct yet compassionate.
During moments of distress, finding your middle ground is possible. There are ways to change patterns. You can learn to think, feel, and behave differently. Using CBT and DBT, we can transform how you perceive yourself and the world around you.
