Understanding Your Insurance & Therapy Costs

We believe financial concerns shouldn't prevent you from receiving quality mental health care. Understanding insurance can feel overwhelming—but you don't have to figure it out alone. Whether you're using insurance, self-pay, or exploring reduced-fee options, we're here to help you understand your coverage, costs, and choices so you can find the option that best meets your needs.

Finding The Right Option For You

  • Using Your Insurance

We are in-network with many major insurance plans. Your out-of-pocket cost is determined by your insurance plan and may include a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or be covered in full. If you're unsure what your benefits include, we're happy to help you understand your options before getting started.

  • Self-Pay Options

Some clients choose to pay out of pocket if they don't have insurance, prefer not to use their insurance benefits, or would like additional flexibility.

    🌻Licensed Therapist $110

    🌻Associate Licensed Therapist $100

    🌻Counseling Intern $50

  • Reduced-Fee Options

We believe financial hardship shouldn't prevent someone from accessing therapy. Reduced-fee appointments may be available for clients without insurance or those with high deductibles who are experiencing financial hardship.

    🌻Associate Licensed Therapist $70

    🌻Counseling Intern $30

Please Note: Self-pay and reduced-fee sessions are not submitted to insurance and are not assigned CPT codes for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement.
