Everyone has a story, and as a therapist, I am here to support you with a person-centered, holistic approach, so that you feel confident that you are the author of your own story and that it is filled with meaning and worth for you.
I tend to incorporate elements of DBT, CBT, problem solving, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, though I like to personalize the approach so that it fits each person’s strengths and needs. We can take a more practical approach, and I am also open to incorporating art, music, and other activities of interest. My clients most appreciate my empathetic, compassionate listening.
I work with adults age 20 & up and have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, and personality disorders, among other mental health needs. I am also a Christian and am open to incorporating spirituality – whether Christian or otherwise – into the therapeutic process as requested.
