I bring 30 years of experience in Child Welfare and Mental Health, working with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, and relationship conflict.
My approach is rooted in the belief that each person has the inner strength to overcome life’s struggles, and therapy provides the supportive space to clarify values, build skills, and move toward the life they desire.
I work with clients ages 15 and older, offering evidence-based treatment in a safe and compassionate environment. For those who wish to integrate faith into their care, I also provide Christian counseling, combining biblical principles with clinical expertise to support healing, resilience, and hope.
