  • Appointments can be canceled through the client portal, by contacting your therapist, by emailing info@SunflowerRadiance.com, or calling 267-854-7715. Please remember our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • Your secure video link is emailed to the email address on file 30 minutes prior to the appointment.

  • Please reach out to your therapist directly. If you do not have a way of contacting your therapist or you are unable to reach them, please contact our office as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

  • Please reach out to us by phone or email and we will sent you a new insurance or payment authorization for through the client portal.
